Parachute play with the afternoon children

Well done to the afternoon children for some lovely games played with the parachute!!!!

The children worked really hard bouncing the bunny up and down while singing,
"See the little bunnies sleeping."

Imaginative play.....

Lilly-May, Evan, Callum and Harry all decided to have a picnic in the middle of the nursery floor!! There was some lovely sharing observed and lots of packing away when they had finished playing.........

A visit to the mobile library

On Monday 25th February Joshua, Kieran and Amelie went for a walk to the mobile library with Mrs Lemm. Lots of different books came back with the children and Miss Adams read a story about a knight!!

Chinese food tasting

The afternoon children have been trying out different Chinese food. I wonder what it smells and tastes like?

The morning children also tried lots of different foods. Yummy, yummy chinese food. The children have been tasting noodles, sweet and sour sauce, rice and prawn crackers!!

PE in the school hall

The children had a great time in the school hall. Moving  in different ways to
show different emotions such as happy, sad, scared, surprised and shocked.

Spring and Easter

After half term the nursery children will be learning all about Spring and Easter time. There will be an opportunity for Parents/Carers to visit the Nursery during our workshop and look out for the homemade Easter bonnet information coming soon.........
