Well done to all the nursery children and their grown-ups for such a fantastic sponsored walk around Albert Village Lake. It was really lovely to see so many parents and carers taking such an interest in their children and the nursery. A big 'thank you' to everyone who joined in.

Watering the plants!

The nursery children have been watering the plants. We have been talking about what plants need in order for them to grow. We were very impressed with the children's knowledge!!

The nursery children have been for a walk around the school field today in order to collect some leaves for our Autumn pictures. The grass was a bit wet but the children were really keen to find a leaf and place it in the bag!!

Sponsored walk details

It is our sponsored walk around Albert Village Lake next Wednesday 14th October, to help raise funds for nursery and Reception class. Please ensure you are ready to leave nursery between 9.00 and 9.15am. We will be walking down Occupation road, so traffic safety is essential. Please take care when walking around the lake due to the depth of the water and possible animal faeces. We are looking forward to a lovely walk and hope to see as many parents and carers with their children as possible!!!  Many thanks    AVN

Parents evening

A big thank you to all our parents who came to the parents evening last night. It was really lovely to spend some time with you and to hear about all the little things your children get up to at home! Sponsored walk next on Wednesday 14th October!!!!

Can you work the remote control bugs? We can.........

This week the children have been spreading toast with margarine and eating cereal with a spoon. I wonder what they will be eating for snack next week? Indian and chinese food may be on the menu!!!
